City Hall is located at 153 East Main Street. Mailing address is PO Box 245, Marengo, IA 52301. Office hours are from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. City Hall can be reached by phone at 319-642-3232 or fax at 319-642-7441.
Water bills are due and payable by the 15th of each month at City Hall. For citizens' convenience, a payment drop box is located on the east side of City Hall for after hours payments.
