NEXT SESQUICENTENNIAL MEETING will be held on Tuesday, April 7th at 7 p.m., location TBA. Everyone is welcome!
RECIPES ARE NEEDED! The cookbook committee is gathering recipes from community members to help complete their 150 years of cooking in Marengo! Receipes may be handwritten or typed on forms located at Marengo Memorial Hospital, Peterson'sDrug, Marengo Publishing, Big G and Marengo Public Library. Please return forms to MMH or MPC or mail to Mary Jane Stanerson, 1188 LL Ave, Marengo, IA 52301. Recipes may also be submitted electronically to marengo150_cookbook@hotmail.com. Please make sure to include your name, phone number, recipe name, ingredients and instructions within the email. In addition, if your recipe is a family favorite, or you have a special memory associated with the recipe, please note this on the email or bottom of the form. Please limit 5 recipes per family.
